Cancellation/Refund Policy - Classes/Sessions/Packages

 There are NO refunds with class/session/private bungee class cancellations due to the high volume/waitlists for our classes. You will have a credit on your account for your next class/service **IF** you call and cancel/reschedule 24 hours in advance. If you do NOT contact us at least 24 hours prior to your class/session via email or phone and you are a no show, you will not be refunded nor receive a credit.  There are no refunds on package/bundle purchases. By purchasing any class/session/package/membership you agree to all terms and conditions.

Membership Class Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice for a class cancellation/reschedule to avoid a $15 fee charged to your debit/credit card on file. If there is not a credit/debit card on file, your membership will be terminated. 

Memberships

Memberships can be purchased online via Vagaro or in house at our studio location. There are no refunds or extensions on membership purchases. Upon membership purchase you agree to the terms and conditions of our policies prior to attending a class. Memberships are non-transferable between guests. Memberships are non-refundable. Memberships require a 3-month commitment. If cancelling a membership, we require a 14-day notice. Having a membership does not guarantee a spot in class if you do not book prior. Please book your classes online or by contacting us to reserve your spot. For our Silver Membership, you are eligible for 4 bungee fitness classes per month which is covered by your membership. Credits are not rolled over into another month.

Packages

Packages can be purchased online via Vagaro or in house at our studio location. There are no refunds or extensions with package purchases. Upon package purchase you agree to the terms and conditions of our policies prior to attending a class. Once your package is purchased, it expires 6 months after your purchase date. Packages are unable to be transferred between guests. Having a package does not guarantee a spot in class if you do not book prior. Please book your classes online or by contacting us to reserve your spot.

NEW MEMBERS MEMBERSHIP/CODE

NEW MEMBERS ONLY! 2 weeks unlimited bungee classes for $69! *$300 VALUE* ONE TIME PURCHASE ONLY. Once purchased, your membership begins and expires 2 weeks after purchase date. This membership can be used on all bungee classes. 1 class per day. Membership cannot be transferred between guests nor extended. There are no refunds on memberships. Memberships cannot be combined with promotional codes. Cannot purchase membership and FIRSTTIME guest $10 off, choose only one that will work best for you. Liability Waiver

A liability waiver will be required to be signed in house prior to any classes/sessions.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes cannot be combined. First time guest promotional code can only be used once per guest.

Disclaimers
Big & small pups are all welcome! One pup per person. All dogs must play well with others (friendliness towards both humans and pups!) All dogs must be leashed at all times unless specified otherwise. All dogs must be fully up-to-date on vaccines.
