Cancellation/Refund Policy - Classes/Sessions/Packages

 There are NO refunds with class/session cancellations due to the high volume/waitlists for our classes. You will have a credit on your account for your next class/service **IF** you call and cancel/reschedule 24 hours in advance. If you do NOT contact us at least 24 hours prior to your class/session and you are a no show, you will not be refunded nor receive a credit. 

Membership Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour notice for a class cancellation/reschedule to avoid a $15 fee charged to your debit/credit card on file. If there is not a credit/debit card on file, your membership will be terminated. 

Memberships

Memberships can be purchased online via Vagaro or in house at our studio location. Upon membership purchase you agree to the terms and conditions of our policies prior to attending a class. Memberships are non-transferable between guests. Memberships are non-refundable. Memberships require a 3-month commitment. If cancelling a membership, we require a 14-day notice. Having a membership does not guarantee a spot in class if you do not book prior. Please book your classes online or by contacting us to reserve your spot. Memberships are not available on theme nights.

Packages

Packages can be purchased online via Vagaro or in house at our studio location. Upon package purchase you agree to the terms and conditions of our policies prior to attending a class. Once your package is purchased, it expires 6 months after your purchase date. Packages are unable to be transferred between guests. Having a package does not guarantee a spot in class if you do not book prior. Please book your classes online or by contacting us to reserve your spot. Packages are not available on theme nights. 

Liability Waiver

A liability waiver will be required to be signed in house prior to any classes/sessions.
