This isn't a generic app that you sign up for and you are automatically given a program.. your Coach runs the entire back-end of this app so everything is completely customized to YOU!
What's included in this app?
✔️ Your Training Program (You will receive a new training program every 4-6 weeks): Next to every exercise programmed for you, there is a demonstration video with instructions showing you how to properly execute each individual movement!
✔️ Your Nutrition Protocols: I educate you on tracking macros in order for you to have flexibility in your day-to-day nutrition!
✔️ Your Personal Calendar: In this calendar I will give you daily, weekly or monthly goals to reach as well as you are able to schedule your own workouts!
✔️ Your Personal Logbook: This will allow you to log the weight you lift & any additional notes for each specific exercise so you & your Coach can see your progress within your lifts! (It has a graph demonstration of your progress in your lifts too)
✔️ Progress Photos: In this app, you log your progress photos weekly for your weekly check ins. Your progress photos will always be logged in there for you & your Coach to view and compare your progress throughout your journey!
✔️ Body Measurements/Weight: You can log your weekly body measurements inside of the app and it will show you a graph of your progress within your measurements throughout your journey (remember, the scale isn't the only indicator of progress my friends!) You will log your daily weight and the app keeps a graph of your weight as well.
✔️ Progress Trackers: In this app, you can keep track of your sleeping patterns, heart rate, steps, etc. You will receive badges showing you've accomplished a certain amount of workouts in one month, you've achieved personal bests, etc.

When you become apart of the team, you will receive educational files on nutrition and training. You will also become apart of our private team Facebook group. In the Facebook group you will find various educational modules on training, nutrition, mindset work, macro tips, E-Books and MORE.
In the fitness industry, internal health is very over-looked, but here we make your internal health a PRIORITY!!! Low energy levels, poor gut health (bloating, irregular bowel movements, etc.), down regulated metabolism, poor sleeping patterns, etc.. that is NOT normal! We work closely together to improve your internal health & the physical appearance will come right along!
Accountability is KEY!! You will have weekly check ins with your Coach in order to discuss your previous week, receive feedback, look at your progress and make any adjustments needed in order to achieve optimal results!
As I've previously mentioned, INTERNAL HEALTH IS SO IMPORTANT!!! Physical appearance is one thing, but internal health is everything.
You will fill out a form each check in day about your biofeedback for the past week for your Coach to view and discuss with you

I am a Fitness Coach, Nutritionist, an Online Coach and the founder of Body By Bungee, Barbells Fitness and Balanced Bodies Nutrition. I started my fitness journey at the young age of 16. At that time, my health wasn’t a priority (mentally, physically or internally). One day I was looking in the mirror and decided that I wanted to change my lifestyle, so I began dabbling into my local gym and didn’t have a clue on what I was doing! I was going to the gym 1-2x a week, I’d hop on the elliptical for 30 minutes because I was too afraid to step into the weight room. Well, a few weeks go by, and I decide to ditch the elliptical and go straight to the dumbbell rack (and boy! I was nervous). I began watching YouTube videos on lifting weights, I’d watch others around me in the weight room and started to learn more every day. Over the course of a few months, I started to see results, not only physically but mentally. I started to find self-love, confidence and strength. I began developing a passion I’ve never felt before, I decided I wanted to help Men & Women feel the same way I did! Around this time, I was a senior in high school, and there was a project with the topic of “What career path do you want to take when you graduate?” and I knew exactly what I wanted to do! I decided I wanted to become a fitness coach. The people around me told me “There isn’t any money in that field” “You’ll never make it as a Trainer” “You’ll always be overweight” “You’ll never be consistent” the list goes on. I said, “Watch me”. A few weeks go by, I graduated high school with the goal of becoming a successful fitness coach. Therefore, I started my education in exercise and nutrition!
After earning my education credentials as a Fitness Coach and Nutritionist, I created my Online Coaching Business, Barbells Fitness. I didn’t want to become the fitness coach who helps you achieve your goal physique through restriction and depletion. I wanted to become the coach who educates you on achieving your fitness goals through a balanced lifestyle! After a few months of creating Barbells Fitness, I was coaching Men & Women nationwide through my Online Coaching!
3 years later, I decided to take the leap and I opened my fitness studio here in Sarasota, Florida! Since chasing my dream career of becoming a fitness coach, I am proud to say that I have changed thousands of lives through fitness and nutrition. I have been able to guide Men & Women into becoming the BEST & STRONGEST versions of themselves mentally and physically!
