Our small group training is a strength and conditioning program that is designed to provide a functional full-body workout! Each class is ran by a professional fitness coach for 35 minutes with a maximum of 6 participants per class, allowing each person to receive personal attention from their coach while working out in a fun and supportive environment!

I started my fitness journey at the young age of 16 with the goal of improving my health both physically and mentally. Throughout my journey, I developed self confidence, strength, perseverance and I found my purpose. - That was the true beginning of where I am now. I created a fire-burning passion like no other.
