Yes, we have a few restrictions to ensure the safety of our guest, DO NOT participate in bungee fitness if:
- You do not meet requirements for our weight limit: 90-260 lbs due to our engineering!
- You have had any recent surgeries and you have not been cleared by your physician for exercise
- You are or may be pregnant
- You have any current or recent injuries and you have not been cleared by your physician for exercise
Our minimum age requirement is 12 years old.

**CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY, PLEASE READ BELOW** There are NO refunds with class/session cancellations due to the high volume/waitlists for our classes. You will have a credit on your account for your next class/service **IF** you call and cancel/reschedule 24 hours in advance. If you do NOT contact us at least 24 hours prior to your class/session and you are a no show, you will not be refunded nor receive a credit.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early prior to your scheduled bungee class. Our bungee stations are tailored to each individual. Therefore, our set up process takes time to ensure you are comfortable and safe in your station!
Our Bungee 101 class is where you begin your bungee journey with us! You'll learn our bungee fitness fundamentals while getting a killer full-body workout!
Trust me, this is not your typical (not-so-fun) introductory class. This is where all of our awesome guests begin and it is SO much fun!!!
No. You can pay-per-class or/and we have package and membership options!
Ladies, we recommend wearing leggings/sweatpants or if you have padded biker shorts and a high impact sports bra with a regular tee shirt or tank top.
Men, we recommend wearing knee length shorts or sweatpants.
Please bring an extra pair of shoes to wear. **Athletic shoes**
No, we do not provide childcare.
Yes! Here at Body By Bungee, we are integrated with our businesses Barbells Fitness and Balanced Bodies Nutrition. We offer Personal Training, Bootcamp (Group Training), Nutrition Coaching, Yoga Classes, Health Supplements for your optimal health needs AND MORE!
