Hey there, I'm Coach Mari!

 I am a Fitness Coach, Nutritionist, an Online Coach and the founder of Body By Bungee, Barbells Fitness and Balanced Bodies Nutrition. I started transforming my lifestyle at the young age of 16. Since then, I have had a passion to help Men and Women become the best possible versions of themselves through fitness and nutrition. I believe with the power of motivation, dedication and discipline you can pursue anything! Through fitness and nutrition, I have been able to transform hundreds of lives in and outside of the gym. Hey, I'm Coach Chris!

Hi my name is Christine, and I am a Bungee Fitness Coach at Body by Bungee.  I am a mother of 3 awesome kids and always loved working out. I fractured my tail bone during delivery of my sons, and it really affected my workouts, so I just gave up. I discovered Bungee Fitness which incorporates cardio and strength training all while being attached to a bungee and secured in a harness. Bungee Fitness allows me to workout again while it being low impact on my joints. Bungee fitness is fun all while getting a killer workout! I am so happy to be able to bring Bungee Fitness to Sarasota, FL. This new era of fitness is going to change the exercising game for everyone!
